The reason I deem myself this title spans back to my work ethic and childhood. Coming from a large family of contractors; my "job" growing up was to be the "helper" which gave me the knowledge of development, engineering, building and infrastructure. I was integral in designing layouts, demolishing old structures and building back all parts of the home from walls, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc. This “hands on" approach is the foundation of what drives me to be who I am today!
With over 13 years of Professional Real Estate experience; and 12 years of Restaurant experience including managing at The Boars Head Inn, I pride myself in proper service & working with Buyers & Sellers to achieve their personalized individual goals. Through the process I enjoy the collaboration of learning about their family’s needs and how the property they are seeking will match their expectations.
Honesty is my policy and the “Unasked Question is Never Answered” are the mottos I live and work by. I will never hold back tangible information; however, my goal is to be a calm presence in this understandably anxious transaction. I am not pushy however I encourage timeliness of the essence when necessary in this ever-changing market.
Growing up in the Contractor and Building field; my approach is to know the property, home or structure from a development understanding and educating my clients on how to maintain their investment. I pride myself with explaining in simple terms; what the process looks like and to continue to serve them once they have achieved their goals.

Bert has been an essential member of the Team since 2014.
He is my assistant in scouting out vacant land; meeting new clients on farms and large estates as well as greeting clients during the initial consultation through to closing.
